    Absolutely! We’re always developing new, fresh courses so that you and your team can keep growing and adapting to new challenges and trends as they arise. We notify our learners about new courses by email when they are launched.

  • How long does each course take to complete?

    Our courses are built in an easy-to-use format, using video lessons, best practices, interactive assignments, tools, and reading materials to suit your learning style and fit into your busy routine.

    The completion time for each course is available on the course description pages, however, our courses typically range from 30 minutes to 3 hours of total learning time.

  • Is it possible to view the course on my mobile device?

    Although course videos are available for watching on a mobile device, we recommend accessing our courses on a laptop or desktop for an optimal viewing and learning experience. However, we are currently developing a mobile app for INFUSE Academy to address this. Stay tuned!

  • Do I need to complete the practical exercises to obtain my certification?

    While completing our practical exercises is not necessary to receive your certification, we highly recommend doing so in order to achieve the best outcomes. After all, practice makes perfect and practical exercises help to reinforce the concepts you’ve learned to apply them to real-life situations.

  • How can I view my course progression?

    To view your course progression, simply navigate to your Student Dashboard. There you’ll find a section labeled, “Course in progress,” and your current progress status displayed. Scroll down on the same page to review your finalized courses in the “Completed Courses,” section.

  • What should I do if course videos are not playing?

    If you are experiencing difficulties viewing videos on INFUSE Academy, we suggest checking your internet connection and trying other web browsers. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance at moc.ymedacaesufni%40maet.
