What types of learning content do you offer?
INFUSE Academy currently offers four types of learning content:
- Courses: Comprehensive learning modules exploring core B2B marketing topics. (Clients & Partners only)
- Webcasts: Recorded sessions featuring industry experts who share insights and address key challenges faced by B2B marketers today. (Clients & Partners only)
- Workshop: Practical training session designed to help maximize the value of prospects delivered through INFUSE campaigns. (Client-only)
- Mini Courses: Short, 20-minute learning capsules covering key aspects of B2B marketing. These are complimentary for anyone who registers, and include a certificate of participation upon completion. (Available to everyone)
What is the difference between courses, webcasts, mini courses, and workshops?
- Courses are structured learning experiences that include short video lessons, expert insights, practical resources, and activities. They provide in-depth knowledge on specific B2B marketing topics and are ideal for building lasting skills.
- Webcasts are focused discussions led by seasoned marketing practitioners. They deliver real-world perspectives on current industry trends and challenges.
- Mini Courses are quick, 20-minute modules designed to give you an accessible introduction to key B2B marketing concepts.
- Workshop a is client-only, interactive training session (about 25 minutes) focused on helping teams apply INFUSE campaign insights directly to their sales and marketing efforts.
Who can access INFUSE Academy content?
- Mini Courses are free and available to everyone upon registration.
- Courses, Webcasts, and Workshop are exclusive to INFUSE partners and clients at no additional cost. Clients and partners gain full access to the Academy’s catalogue of 50+ courses, expert-led webcasts, and specialized workshop.

How long does it take to complete courses, webcasts, workshop, and mini courses?
That’s up to you. All our learning is divided into short, digestible pieces you can watch on the go, between meetings, or whenever it fits your schedule.
- Mini Courses: Complete in one sitting and earn a certificate.
- Workshops: Practical, guided sessions you can finish in less than half an hour.
- Courses & Webcasts: Learn in depth, at your own pace, with flexible, bite-sized lessons.
How do I access my courses?
There are several ways to gain access to INFUSE Academy:
If you are an existing INFUSE partner or client, you can upgrade to full access from within the learning platform.Once you submit your request, please allow up to 24 hours for your account to update. Still need help? Email us at team@infuseacademy.com.
- INFUSE Partners and Clients: Contact your Client Success or Sales representative to receive your login credentials.
- Direct Registration: Sign up through our website. Free Mini Courses are available to everyone upon registration.
